I don't believe that this game has any one "best" formation.

Unfortunately, I also don't know enough about Fire Main teams to answer that question. I think Iruka, Wind Blade Asuma, and one other person is a good team for 9T Fire Main, but I'm not 100% sure.

So I'm gonna be that one guy who comments but doesn't actually contribute. Sorry.

Anko for barrier, Lee 8 Gates/Regular Lee for multi attack, Tenten for crit.

For fire talents, 22111

In the future, work towards getting Iruka/Asume Wind Blade so you can swap Lee out.
