These are just my ideas of what could've been implemented for the Naruto Online Anniversary.
1. Stamina regenerates faster.
2. Double coins and experience
3. Fukurokumaru - coin and exp. field enabled.
4. A balance of good F2P and P2P events with rebates. Example: Lucky Board and Refine Rune Rebate.
5. 20% off of all the items in the shop.
6. Free ninja draws every two hours, on all treasures.
7. Free Mysterious Cave draw every two hours.
8. Free Summoning draw every two hours too.
9. Increased Bond Points. Instead of +20 for getting the correct answer, it would be +30.
10. Eight Inner Gates function has an increased drop rate of higher level chakra runes.
All is impossible for them to do, if you want those thing you need to send your ideal to Tencent -

Oh, _I_ don't want those things. Most of the things I listed only apply to returning players, or p2w. I'm more like a p2p. I only wrote them down to show how other games do anniversaries.
Other Tencent games and other Namco/Bandai games do these things too, so I very much doubt it's reluctance on those sides.
I don't care much if they messed up this Anniversary event. I've played (and playing) many MMOs, and all of the MMOs do a lot of events for Anniversaries. Because it's _the_ excuse for everyone to keep on playing and not complaining about the low quality of events in the rest of the year.
Instead, I will wish them much, much good luck, as they will need it. :)
you do know that all oas can do is get something from Tencent and translate it right? If you want something that require coding you need to ask tencent
what could be fix for this week is something like: open the wheel event together with red envelope for maximum benefit for those who recharge, replace iruka in Platinum by a ninja that is at least Bee-tier (hanzo for example). Increase the daily reward for free player to something like 100 coupon/day, 5 red refine/day -
