What do you look for in a group and how do you prefer a group is run?

I haven't had a lot of experience with differently-run groups myself personally, considering that in my server there's only two choices of groups if you want to stay competitive (highest level group skills). I prefer being in a group with an active and somewhat interactive leader who is open about things and willing to listen to input from anyone, while also being capable of thinking for themself. Active Seniors also of course. I don't mean they have to be on all the time, but are on often and are active when they are, when they can. I don't really enjoy hard donation requirements, even as someone who donates daily (often max unless I am saving coins for strengthens).

I like pack systems that focus on rewarding those who help the group with things like TI and teams. I like openness, and knowing what future plans are in store for the group. I prefer an enviroment that is laid back and generally not one that takes the game super-seriously, doing fun things like theme'd days or 3v3 challenges. I prefer when issues are dealt with using discussion instead of inaction or argument. Information-sharing and helping each other is also good, maybe even group mails from Leader/Seniors about upcoming updates, and with links to useful resources. A way to talk to each other outside the game is a must (Discord, preferably).

Being a group leader myself, it's a bit hard to find some of those spoken qualities when the server is nearly drained of players, and your own group is losing people. Not too long ago I was given the role of leader as my prior leader quit the group to join another on accord of what we all assumed was greed. Nonetheless even with my feeble amount of people in my group, I try my best to be interactive, help them with things like TI, Wanted Missions, giving them support during convoy missions, ect.

The group has gotten better over the course of a week or so, more so since we managed to beat the group that basically stole our former members in GNW when they have larger number. I managed to outplay them when it game to group formations. It seemed to make them all hype about staying in the group, and I rewarded them graciously.

The thing I value in my group, is first of all the actual people in it, and how the leaders run it. This may be a bit bias, as I am one of the co-leaders, but according to members of the group I am in. It was stated that it was run quite well. Pack distribution is not exactly how you prefer, being with TI and teams, my group leader hands out packs to people who participate in the GNW and alternate people each week. With those who participated more other getting the legend pack or guaranteeing the elite pack. A group should also help each other in events and hand out advice though.

Like you mentioned, a way too communicate outside of the game is definitely important, as well as a community who is relaxed and also not serious.

Well i agree with u. Group means in a team n the team must have teamwork. I really like friends who are willing to help each other n especially not selfish. But unfortunately in my group there are some members who are selfish and dont want to help each other.

What I like in my group is the freedom to see a game as a game and not see the other group as opponent therefore... We are free to help other group members as well as plunder them, and not give such a military rules dont do this, do this, GNW at this time. if you dont showed up you will be kicked bla bla bla.....

As a group leader and how I view a group should be run. I would require a few things.

Zero tolerance policy on disrespect among group members and must not be bias when it does happen. Yeah fights are bound to happen in which they may or may not settle themselves but they must know not to cross a certain line when frustrated with each other.

The leader must let arguments play themselves out and only step in when needed. Let the group govern themselves or deal with the problem instead of the leader dictating what is going on or how things will be done (Pack Distribution is another story).

As for packs from GNW, show up for all rounds and you get a legendary pack, show up for most rounds you'll get a Hero Pack, show up for less than that, get the crap pack. (Provided that we are able to get packs from GNW) Then cycle through all members so everyone has a chance at getting it, this allows newer players to not be frustrated or feel ostracized when they do GNW or join the group.

We don't believe in forced donations, we want our members to focus on their power over donating coins. This way group members won't be kicked if their donations are low. I personally had a group leader ask for 900k coins a day when I was a low lvl only earning about 600k and upgrading my gear via coins was extremely expensive. So the whole forcing donation idea disgusts me.

Teamwork, friendship and fun.

If not the game will get boring and everyone will end up quitting tbh. If it wasn't for my group members I think I'd have quit a long, long time ago.

I like a fun group, if its a boring group and no one talk then its not fun to play anymore. If you have fun people to talk to, and great awesome people in a group, losing gnw won't matter, as long as the group talkative im happy.

Unity, a lack of corruption in leadership (especially with GNW packs etc), and a generally friendly/tolerant vibe from the higher-ups. That's what I think, at least, would help me have fun with a group.

I like big groups and usually join the top three that are active. I like having people to talk to and being able to ask for help with no issues. I also look for groups with little to no toxicity. If a group is toxic or has someone who is very toxic for no reason other than to be absolutely nasty, then I will leave the group. I don't like staying in groups where toxicity is considered an okay thing.

Another thing I like in groups is being able to do activities like GNW. I find it fun and the rewards very helpful, especially since I am on my way to five starring Konan.

Finally, I love groups that have some cheese in the chat. I mean, the kind of cheese you would find in a B-Movie like Sharknado.

The leader of my group does an amazing job, not only for GNW but on how fair he is with everything. On top of that, my group is very active and friendly. :D

Active, helpful, and friendly leader and seniors. Also I enjoyed all the chatting in our group, it would be really boring if nobody talks. Oh and I really appreciate how someone answers me every time I ask a question.

I am the group leader of the Hidden Mist on sever 475. What I like is loyalty so that everyone in the group is like a family and we all have the HiddenMist theme where we have the Mist 7 Swordsman and I am the Mizukage all that good stuff. In contrast to the two other groups on the sever one is a pay to win group and the other is a alt account group both are very toxic as the sever has toxic flame war problems so we have only 1 rule in the group no toxic crap. And everyone likes it that way it is the escapist group for the people who want to get away from the harsh "paytowin" types and the hatefull "I want to kill you types."

When people join us we have like a hazing thing we do where we make new people do something funny or dumb and it makes someone feel as if they are part of the group and it helps everyone bond.

This is what our servers world chat is like

8 9 68 9 48 9 18 9 7

Good to get away from that you know what I mean? to be around people who are not telling you to burn in hell and how you should relax when being * *ed as a joke.

With the new changes to GNW your group will no longer be able to win vs stronger groups based on the fact there is now only 3 areas

Before you could do things like fake them out and get all more points now all it comes down to is they have two guys with 50k power on two spots and nothing you can do about it with your self being 40k with the same number of people in both groups.

1) Everyone is given a good chance to get a pack with contribution, time, and participation in GNW. They're not all reserved for the top players in the group who spend the most money and time on the game. People who are more casual but still loyal to the group should get a pack here and there.

2) The people are fun to talk to and have a good sense of humor, and especially know the series and can talk about it.

3) Everyone willing to help everyone else with Convoy, arena tips, Wanted, etc. or just a question. If only the Leader or Seniors acknowledge your existence, it's a * group full of * people.
