For servers created slightly after the 1st of August, such as 2nd or later, will players be able to acquire the whole month reward?
It would be unfair for players to lose out on rewards because of the server creation date rather then lack of attendance.

Nope, not possible. New servers won't be able to receive rewards for full attendance this month.
