I used team with Water Main, Killer Bee, Sage Naruto and Gaara Kazekage. First round used Bee's mystery on Naruto. Every time on second round of fight my Sage Naruto used standard attack 3 times, once even 4 (!!!) times. I don't have any idea how this could happen, my Bee was the only character who could add standard attacks in this fight. It looks like he somehow gained bloodlust, as he only stopped after failing to kill someone (chase was procced and chase killed the target instead, which is consistent with bloodlust)

I don't see anything that could cause this, so it should be a bug nevertheless. Just saying that the root of the problem might not be "extra attacks" but rather bloodlust

Not really, it happend to me on every of 10 runs of TI (cuz it happend on Monday), and he always did at lest 3 attacks - even if every one of them killed enemy.

Checked it today with Q (Qolem), it happens when Naruto gets Bee buff, then gets immobile + chaos and then get healed. Happens also in PvP unfortunately.
