Good morning everyone! Insomnia is back so I'll be adding a few more ninjas to the review list before I crash.

Itachi has an interesting kit to start off. This character, unlike some of the more powerful ninjas, is completely reliant on his barrier. If it stays up for a prolonged period Itachi enjoys an increased chance to proc his trollsome passive, Crow Clone Jutsu. In addition to this, your team will have 100 chakra play with as early as turn 2, every turn until the barrier goes down.


Will Itachi benefit from his skillbooks?
Lets find out as we dive in!

ItachiMystery: Tsukuyomi: Launches a Barrier, it will increase your Chakra to 100 at the beginning of each round. Moreover, it will also raise the chance of triggering a Crow Clone. Like many other barrier mystery characters, Itachi's Tsukuyomi, gets a much needed quality-of-life with the addition of PROMPT. For those who aren't aware, PROMPT mysteries allow the ninja to perform their standard attack action after setting up a barrier. The +2 bonus of 0 Chakra Consumtion is a welcome upgrade as it allows more action mysteries in the first round, like interupting an opposing barrier ninja. I wish we'd get numbers in relation to 'more' and 'greatly' when it comes to Itachi's dodge proc. Until more information comes in, I wont be able to acurately grade this skillbook.


GRADE: C+


Passive 2: Illusion - Rotation of Heaven and Earth: Causes Itachi to be immune to all Debuffs.Passive 2 +1: Illusion - Rotation of Heaven and Earth +1: Itachi reflects all Debuffs directed towards him

Do you heard that sound? That's the sound of an AoE debuff teams wailing with rage and disgust. Itachi goes from immune to 'mirror landmine'. Let's say Itachi get's combo'ed by ninja with crowd control chases; Itachi will reflect every one of those procs randomly to opposing ninja. BRUTAL!

GRADE: A+


PREDICTIONS:
Itachi skips gears two through 4 and glides smoothly into OVERTROLL. Aside from that, his meta use will depend on which in-vouge teams he can fit into. I expect that he will find niche ranked use and some competitive play.
