Currently only obtainable for 1st in flower rankings in last week's event. (It's roughly recharge 250$ to even show up in the rankings in that event). If you didn't win it already, you cannot get it right now.

Can someone confirm that that this is the case?

Are you serious? Dude? or you are just out of mind? With just a small effort to get 60 coupon and few cave key everyday is not consider as free? If that's what you think...you should quit the game...this game is not fit for you. I am p2w, I think this event is pretty good ...I get the 60 coupon everyday with spending a little time on the game....I don't know why you claim for more stuff even if this event is pretty much good thing for both f2p and p2w.

I dont know about Hanzo, but bee SST is the reward for clearing chapter 10 of the plot. However we need a lvl cap of 100 in order to do so.

The lvl cap goes up to 95 with 3.0 but it will probably be 4-6 months before increasing the cap to 100. So it will be quicker to farm frags from events.

Has anyone managed to obtain 40% discount of minato? :Q

For thos having trouble with the mount myoboku mini game, here is a guide on how to get a perfect score and therefore 60 coupons every day.

It is easy once you understand what to do and everyone can get them 100% of the time.

I think you missed the point as well when ppl are saying don call it free or a for sure thing when it isn't it's a nice thing for both ppl p2w or f2w just can't call it "free" unless know one knows what free is . Free is like the anbu itachi can got or the 8 gates lee we are getting

this game lose all sense to F2P people is 2 weeks now without getting free medium refine rune and the events are now to get ninjas fragments than any other thing is like they want the f2p players quit
