• Hanzo is ~70 coupons per fragment in lucky star wheel. (Average over a few hundred spins will be ~2.3 points per spin).
  
  In past events, he is mostly offered at 50 - 60 coupons per fragment; so he's a bit overpriced in this event if you ask me.
