1＃ Go Tohi, there these are the questions I got for v3.site says
GREAT NINJA WARRestrictions to participate in the Great Ninja War have been adjusted. Now, players who leave their Group will only be able to take part in Great Ninja War 7 days after leaving their previous Group.
how is it different than now?
RICH FIELDThe “Sweep” function has been added to the Rich Field interface. You can now easily get your Coins and EXP for your units! Rich Field has never been better!
how is sweep unlocked?
POWER GIFT PACKSNew Power Gift Packs have been added to the Benefit Hall. Players can now claim new Power Gift Packs when they reach a Power level of 20.000, 30.000, 50.000 and 70.000. Get a Power level of 70.000 to claim the new “Eternal Belief” clothing!
i think another region got to claim the older packs again can we too?
what is the eternal belief clothing?
NARUTO ONLINE CHATTwo new channels were added to the Chat system: “System” and “Team”. Some of the previous channels also suffered some changes and were merged into a new channel: “Camp”.
how is the new "team" chat different from the team chat we have now?
and by "some" which do u mean?
MAGATAMAS AND RUNE STONESA new *on will be added to “Beset in One-Click” all Magatamas. Players will also find this new *on in the Rune Stones interface. Players can now quickly beset their Magatamas and Rune Stones!
how will it decide which is the best fit is any said place?
SUMMONS INTERFACEThe Summons interface got revamped! Have a quick look at what will be available! New artwork for all Summons was also added!
how will new artwork change gameplay?
2.Ninjas whom you have not chatted with during a given day will have a “!” displayed on the top of their heads so that it becomes easier for players to identify these ninjas!
is it not that way even now?
“Chat w/ Everyone”
how will that work? will it just go 1 by 1 for all of them?
and btw no change for max bond lv? cos max bond ninjas still appear and take up space even to there is no point to chatting to them.
1.The Nine Tails Invasion timed event will be updated and improved. Later on, after players cause a given damage to the Nine-Tails, Masked Man (Obito) will appear. Watch out for he wants to completely annihilate Konoha to get his revenge. Masked Man will only appear once each time players participate in a Nine Tails Invasion timed event.
how will this work? will he appear for all players? does each player need to do set damage or overall? what happens if 9 tails is killed while we are fighting him? will damage to him count to 9 tails ranking? how strong will he be? is it set based on all players or each player?

Let me tackle those questions one by one:
Great Ninja War: Currently, the 7 day cooldown is in effect from the time you join a group. After 3.0 hits, it will start when you leave it. Effectively, if you ex. leave the game, and are kicked from your group, and after you come back want to join another one, you will be able to take part in wars right away, instead of waiting 1 week for it. It's a small change, although it should make the cooldown just a tiny bit easier to bear with ;p
Rich Field: To unlock sweep, you need to kill cat/all wolves on that difficulty at least once.
Power Gift Packs: I believe we should be able to claim those packs one more time. I cannot confirm it right now, but it's very highly possible :) Eternal Belief clothing is better known to the community as "Samurai Armor", I think XD At least, that's the name I heard the most, so I suppose it will be the best one to describe it :)
Naruto Online Chat: I am not sure of the changes here as of now. System chat should just show you system announcements, without any player text, so, ex. sealed ninja search would be a tiny bit easier.
What concerns team, and camp chats, I unfortunately do not know the details.
Magatamas and Rune Stones: When you have a character that has not equipped any runes, the autoequip will attach best rune/magatama possible to them. In this case, it sorts it by level.
Summons: Artwork is just a flavor ;p What's truly important, is what you see on screenshot :) For now I won't disclose any details :D
Bond Ninjas: I am not 100% certain on that, but I believe the "!" will also appear over heads of actual ninjas, not just their icons. What concerns chat with all, I would believe it automatically chooses the answers for you as well, however I cannot confirm if that's true or not. It's just my theory at this point.
And what concerns the Masked Man, I am unfortunately unable to let you know any info. I will try to find the info for it, but I don't know anything as it is now.

As for the Rich Fields sweep, would be still be limited by only 2 Rich Fields per day? Or can we sweep every one of them without a limit? -

This is all it says, because of this they could had removed the amount that you could do or they kept it. Nothing wrong with asking. -

This is all it says, because of this they could had removed the amount that you could do or they kept it. Nothing wrong with asking.
that means that when you sweep/complete it once you dont have to wait 10mins to done it again, they said the cooldown not the limit -

There is still nothing wrong with asking, and since it says
"players can now continuously challenge or sweep through Rich Field."
Which also makes it sound like there isn't a limit even if there is no CD on it. -

You can find the clothing by looking at other versions most likely. Also from the other versions: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YrSK1NMswOg:P - how the fight with masked obito would most likely go. Only for reference though, not definitive this is how it would go down. (Although it is highly likely) -
