For some reason this passive isn't working as intended, yes it gives the extra standard attacks, it also seems to give some extra crit, but when it comes to the debuffs it does nothing.

If you already have the debuffs, it will not clear them as the text says. If you use it you can still receive debuffs on that round. So either way the debuff part isn't working at all.

You actually cannot receive additional debuffs after it becomes activated.

Unless the immunity gets purged with sand dust etc (which, incidentally, does not remove the extra attack for unknown reasons, consistency is awesome, ryt?)
