The matching system most of the times is rigged because there are exceptions to it that happens more often than the rules themselves Slacker told about.
1st exception: If your enemy is at his 1st fight in the day then his matching is totally random. And this means that if his queue began even 1ms before yours you can be a potential match, regardless what was your current condition.
2nd exception: if your enemy was waiting since more than 60 seconds and you click on 'match' you are instantly matched with him, regardless what was your previous condition.
3rd exception: if your enemy lost his previous match and is in queue you can be matched with him regardless what was your previous outcome if you are weaker than him.
So, to sum up, what makes fail 90% of the times the matching system is one single fact: who comes first is first served, in the sense that all the criterions Slacker told about apply only and exclusively to the oldest queue in that moment is running. The system doesn't consider at all both the queues.
