You mentioned charms, that does need be saved
If I remember correctly, cloth don't need to be saved, thread does.
Stamina pot to an extend, some event have no daily limit on how many event item/point you can get from instances (and some have a high limit/low drop rate such that using pot still might be beneficial)

i see i heard that the events were all limited so i used all my stamina pots for the exps :'(What about equipment purity and Mood scrolls?

There are thus far no event related to purify or mood scroll.

I think, I'm not 100% sure on this, that the character plate event (where you spell out NARUTO) and the current Time limited shop ones are the unlimited ones. I'm fairly sure on the plate one.... I'm sure someone else would know more on that subject. But there ARE unlimited ones.

Each months, there's the refine rebates (best moment to use your refine runes), cave key exploration (use your cave key here), battle armor rebate (wait for it to use the threads) and there's also a new thing for the charms. I don't remember the name of the event, but when you used charms during that event, you get points and c*ed them to buy things.
There's also once a month, events to use you scrolls. so you can wait for it to use them :)

The only events currently that is geared towards rewarding when using items are charms, refinement, seal scrolls, cave keys, battle armour threads, and summon scrolls. The rewards tend to vary in relation to the item. There are events that asks you to spend stamina but it rewards you indirectly, like PriaseLuka stated.

If I were you, start tracking when events are usually released as its been working for me for the past 4 months, save the items, and only spend it when the events come out per week.

what do you guys think about the seal event right now? I wanted to save all my scrolls for beheading kakashi so for the first month i spent all my scrolls on tendo treasures. I hear that its * to do this. But i really want beheading kakashi and i would like to 5 star him and use him all the time. Is this really * ? And also is there a Tendo event?

All the items that have are rebate are:

- Refine Runes
- Cave Keys
- Battle Armour Thread
- Charms
- Seal Scrolls
- Summon Scrolls

So anything other than those are safe to use whenever. However they do release some rebate events for items at a separate time than the item's release. Charms and Cave Keys both came out followed by a rebate over a month later, and refines just got a new rebate event almost a year later.

Things you should save for events
-Refinement runes (rebate)
-Cave keys (rebate)
-Charms (rebate)
-Stamina potions (time limited shop)
-Threads (rebate)
-Seal scrolls (rebate)
-Summon scrolls (rebate)
-Coupons (lucky board)

So you want to get Kakashi , so that means you are saving your scrolls to spend on Tendo Treasure?

While Tendo treasure isn't a bad treasure, it has lots of useful ninjas in there including Asuma , Gakido, Jigokudo, Ningendo. As well as the 2 Ultra ninjas First Hokage, and Tendo. But most of those ninjas are more situational now with kage ninjas in play (and soon even kage ninjas will be iffy). You'll be spending a lot of scrolls in this treasure if your goal is to 5 star Kakashi , I would estimate you would get at least 2 Ultras from the treasure before you do which would be around 2000 scrolls.

If you are Free to Play you can only get 25.7 seal scrolls a month guaranteed (more than that relies on luck), so it will take a while to get enough. But I would say as a F2P myself finding goals that are obtainable for you is a must. The goal of being #1 as a F2P is impossible, even the goal of being competitive is highly unlikely with Oasis doing cross server events for everything. So if 5 staring kakashi is your goal that makes you happy and have fun, I say go for it!

Not Sure what you mean by Tendo event....

The reason why people are saying beheading kakashi isn't a good choice is because of the lack of teams he can be a part of and he isn't a well rounded ninja. There won't be a recruitment feedback when tendo treasure is covered since they only cover the 2-3 recent treasures and Tendo treasure has been out for several months. Also, trying to get a ninja to 5* from a treasure is difficult unless you have lots of money to spend and luck (I assuming you don't).

You can still try and get him since it seems like you like his character but be warned, your team will suffer since you aren't drawing from treasures that can help your team out. This post was last edited by vi3***@hotmail.com at 2017-7-11 12:11

i was meaning that the scroll event right now is for 2 treasures that arent the tendo treasure. Last time I saw a scroll event it was for the jinchuriki treasure. I haven't seen tendo treasure rebate since i been playing. I would like to be some what powerful at least on my own server but yeah I dont have the money to invest in this game to really be powerful sadly

Since you answered me about the kakashi thing do you know if he is really that bad compared to new ninjas o-o? when i asked about him on scion storm youtube people just told me he *ed and i should spend on kage treasures

beheading is also a common in edo treasure where there is a feedback going on ryt now...
I'm sitting on 3 star +86 frags right now, I'm not entirely sure how many frag I had before from survival/chase but I i didn't have him before starting to pull edo tensei. Between the last and this edo tensei feedback, I pulled a total of 300.

Also, last tendo feedback was on May 14th

Ah yes they usually try for more popular treasures in the selected treasure rebate, so I can't tell you when it will be back in there, but it most likely will. But as @PraiseLuka said he is also a common in Edo treasure so it would be much better to pull him there.

As for if he is good or not, he is not that great. Even in his own timeframe there are a lot of ninjas that out class him (its one of the reasons he started out as a 2 star). Compared to newer ninjas he has almost nothing to offer. Though he is a sword ninja with Genjutsu reflect mirror which can be useful, but I would see him being used more in Ranked Battle to give one of your teams that passive than in actual fights.

oh really? i was unaware of that o.o when i click his character in game it says tendo treasure :O i have spent maybe 70 scrolls in tendo right now trying to get him i havent found him yet

ohh i see it now says edo :) thanks for telling me or i wouldnt have looked again now i must wonder what is better edo or tendo :P

how do you tell he is common in there. I saw in a video that china has a thing to click on that shows all the ninjas in a treasure but I don't know where that is do you?

Two reasons:
1. I got him out of Edo, if you read my post, quite a lot of it.
2. It is listed under where you can get his fragment in the ninja tab (where you recruit/upgrade star) The list is incomplete for a lot of ninja, however anywhere it is listed, you can get it.

well i did read your post i saw that you had gotten him there and had lots of frags and didnt pull tendo treasure for along time.
