If you know how to use them, they can be amazing. I'm using a team with both of them, which I find quite good. Check it out. If you get that 10-hit combo from either Hanzo or Utakata, it feels very satisfying. When using this team, I don't see any reason for calling them bad. Nice to see another Utakata fan. That concept looks pretty nice imo, but since I don't have either of the Jinchuriki requires I can't test it out yet. Well done!

Nice team :) . You have heal, debuff (for your main and your teammate), poison, ignite, control in combo... That's perfect, and it can work in GNW.

In my server a lot of people have Roshi but they don't use him. This is sad :'( .

i would agree that these ninjs are bad, but thats something vastly different to saying they are unviable, uta and roshi are strictly bad value from the perspective of an f2p player when compared to characters like roshi or fu, this doesnt mean the ninjas are 'unviable' but it means they are bad compared to what else is available...

from the perspective of someone who can buy any ninja they are quite dececnt.. but in the grand scheme of things... they wont give you good value...

what other ninja are available at this point in time? Fuu? At this time your argument falls short as the only jinchuriki released are yagura, bee, Yugito, Roshi. And even f2p can get roshi if they saved their scrolls. So, unless you can provide a solid argument as to why they are bad iyo, I cant see any negatives with them.
