Hello,
I'm sorry to hear that you are unsatisfied with how the reporting system works.
If a person you once reported keeps on breaking the rules, don't hestitate to report them again, as long as it's a separate report it should be fine ;p (don't use the same examples on screenshots that were used in last report, but you know, show that misbehavior persists). -

FYI, I see a lot of reports consist of only the chat window. I believe those aren't really processed. You need a full screenshot that includes the time stamp on the upper left hand side (or at least, a full left half of screen shot)
This is especially if you want to report for repeated offense, as it would show they are breaking rules at multiple different time.
I can't disagree here XD
If you include timezone, it helps a lot for our investigation team to look into :)
As I said earlier though, if you need to report a misbehavior, do not hestitate. As long as it's a new report, and not a repeat of something posted previously, it's fine. -
