The only way to accept an insult is to ignore it. If you can't ignore it,top it.
If you can't top it, laugh at it. If you can't laugh at it,you probably deserved it.

Hello,

I'm sorry to hear that you are unsatisfied with how the reporting system works.
If a person you once reported keeps on breaking the rules, don't hestitate to report them again, as long as it's a separate report it should be fine ;p (don't use the same examples on screenshots that were used in last report, but you know, show that misbehavior persists).

FYI, I see a lot of reports consist of only the chat window. I believe those aren't really processed. You need a full screenshot that includes the time stamp on the upper left hand side (or at least, a full left half of screen shot)
This is especially if you want to report for repeated offense, as it would show they are breaking rules at multiple different time.

I can't disagree here XD
If you include timezone, it helps a lot for our investigation team to look into :)
As I said earlier though, if you need to report a misbehavior, do not hestitate. As long as it's a new report, and not a repeat of something posted previously, it's fine.
