1＃ Go ToI just want to know if its any good? How much power can one pill give you? Anyone who have experience in this who can share little information :)?

It all depends on your refinement level. It's a really high, high end form of increasing power, since it increases stats of ONLY 1 ITEM BY ONLY 1%. Lets say you have +450 ini/crit/injury/control/combo on an item and all yellow purification with 100%, then you have a total of 900 of each stat, Purification pill gives you additional 1% of total stats, so a whole whooping 9 of each (so propably, like 50 power at max).
Max level refine gives you 665 stat, so even with 100% purification its only 13 stats of each from a single pill. -

Ah yea thats true. I guess I shouldnt think about it before I hit the big numbers ;p -

It is really bad even on the high end. Rank 9 battle armor, rank 10 refines, very high orange init purify, rank 10 headband charm are all far more cost effective. (And if you care more about general stats and not just stacking init... rank 10 charms and good purifys on all equipment slots.) After you've done all that... breakthrough pills becomes a "good" deal, simply becuase you don't have any choice left. The single ninja in question will be past 50k power by that point. -

I wish this game had more power systems similar to Purification Pills as they are truly for the harcore p2p players (i.e. Samuel from CN or NA's Kozo)
The rest of us can just ignore this system.
Unless you're already maxed on L10 refines and got perfect purification stats, and even after that l9 charms/ /l9 magas/l12 cave keys/ l12 sum runes/l12 tactics etc... there is really no need to purposely go for these pills. Once 3.0 hits we'll be getting a new summon powering interface which will cost a lot. And there will be many many more power systems to come in the future.
If you're thinking of recharging this week to gain power off that pill you might want to think twice.
*even spending coupons on the ninja bond system will net you more power than these pills -
