Some event (or part thereof) are not available for newer servers.

Your server, being barely a week old, falls into that.

I think the full set of events is either enabled at the first maintenance after the end of 1st or 2nd week.

As mentioned by PraiseLuka, new servers do not have all functions of events, and/or whole events for 2 weeks since they are launched. After this time, you should start seeing everything in Hot Topics as it appears on other servers ^^
