The previous thread was a suggestion, it was forwarded, so thread was closed.
Ressurecting that thread won't re-apply the suggestion, if you wish to discuss how the system works, it is not a good idea to do it in CS section of the forums. I understand that it's a very wanted feature, and I made sure that I emphasize on that, but there is nothing that the further discussion here will achieve. Suggestion was forwarded, it cannot be "more forwarded".
