Yesterday i was teaming with friend of mine.We both have Chojuro,mine is 8k power,his is almost 7k.I notice that my hit around 2,5k,his do 3k+
So i wonder,coud it be his ninja tools to have better *ion stats?Or is something else i miss?

Just becuase your chojuro has the same total pow as his doesn't mean they are equal. You need to look at the actual attack/nin of the ninjas, as well as dmg boost from other ninjas. That big a difference is certainly not from *ion.

Mood, and number of water ninjas, clones included on your field will heavily affect chojuro's damage output.
