But after buying it I try to increase its lvl by a golden chakra ice. I have five of this ice chakras. But it increase the lvl of ice chakra and my quick is gone :'( can i get my quick chakra back ?? Sorry but that's not possible, you can't upgrade purple runes with gold ones.

Well you did learn something about game the hard way- when you try to level up any chakra with other- it always show information first which chakra will get exp and which will be swallowed. And it's always that better kind, as Red are best, then Gold, Purple etc, will be the one to get exp- Quick chakra can be leveled up by using purple and lower ones. And I don't think you will get it back since it's your mistake not any game bug :S
