I think this is pretty much the best you can do at the moment. Try to get Sasuke to 3 star, he will be useful later on.

I now have anko and i made a little changes.
My lineup looks like this now:
x - iruka - x
anko - fire main - hinata

Im acutally just step of getting sasuke 3*(48/50) and tomorrow gonna have kakashi.
My ninjas looks like that now:

Would You guys suggest anything? I know iruka is very strong but he dont combo very much, at least on my level. Im also on way to get tobi coz i heard he is op in 1.0 but thats not gonna be soon.

I'd run your 4 Star Gaara, he is probably the best tank you have early levels.

Kabuto isn't about damage, he is about keeping your team alive.

Don't worry about combos very much, and focus on surviving or damage.

Also tobi was nerfed hard in 2.0 since he lost his self resurrect.
