Need help with a new line up, currently using empress team.I'm lvl 71. Should I keep using empress team or go for another team? Getting destroyed at sage since I've leveled up to lvl 70.

its too restricted as of now its pretty much impossible to make any team that is effective in the current meta with what you have.

Really just * with what you have and wait for Naruto and Gaara

Would you recommend me to switch to Azure fang,lightning blade, or scarlet blaze or * with breeze dancer?

With the ninjas you have, I would say switch to lightning and do the RoW team. Kimi, Kabuto and Sasuke. They still perform okay in Sage World.
