Depends on whos in the board. 3.5-5k is the cheapest I've seen in the board unless you have majority of their frags. Also the best things from the redeemable portion are the charms, refines, etc. The cheap ninjas there...you're bound to get them eventually.

So a total of 1600 points, a dice gives 5 points it will take 320 dices at worst

But by using average point which is 60 per 10 you will only need 268

Be it you get 14 free dice you will need 254-306 dice to get a ninja that cost 20 points

Well just wait until tmrw. Since Nagato is probably the most valuable ninja in there I'd say that there is a good chance that there is a ninja from Kage too, which is about 8kish I guess. We have to see and wait for it :-)

If you go by worst case and get 50 points each 10x dice and don't land on Jiraya fragments, you will need 3840 coupons. If you go by average, which is 60 points each 10x dice, you will need around 3200 coupons and you will probably get some fragments during this too. So you theoreticly can get him with 3k coupons, yes.

Just FYI, Sage Jiraiya may seem flashy but he's pretty difficult to use because of how squishy he is. If you enjoy Playing into the Lucky board for all the other rewards you'll slowly get him, he's always in it. Danzo is probably the best pick out of the ninjas for the cost, if you don't think you're gonna push a bunch of seals into Kage treasure I would definitely get Danzo over Jiraiya here.
