This started back when the fragment refine got updated but it no longer gives out a set amount of points per frag i traded in 2 5 star zabuza frags and got 60 points but when i traded in 5 5 star lee frags i only recieved 10 points total. is it suppost to be like that?

No.. you're supposed to receive 5 points for every fragment of zabusa (5x2=10) and 10 points for every fragments of Lee (5x10=50).

As explained above, every ninja has their own amount of refine points assigned to them :)
