Maybe try to use Mifune, Guy or Onoki instead of Darui. Darui only buffs LM and himself, Mifune buffs everyone except Iruka, Guy buffs everyone but the buff is lower and Onoki buffs everyone except the main but gives 1 additional attack each round.
