To the Sasuke one, I honestly think Sasuke would slightly be nore sane. He went INsane when he heard Itachi was bacn and was mind*d by him multiple times again. That's the breaking point for Sasuke.

Then the second Akatsuki would've never been born and Ame would prosper on. Obito would probably create his own organization.

Alright,now here's another one. What if Minato wasn't the one to perform the Shiki Fuin, but the Sandaime?

Here's what I think what would happen:

After Kushina and Minato restrain Kurama, Hiruzen appears and knocks out Minato, confusing Kushina.He then confesses that he knows what Minato is gonna do and wants to replace him to be the one to do it. He then summons the Shinigami and prepares to seal Kurama into Naruto. Kurama sees this and tries to escape, is blocked by Enma. Hiruzen rhen completely seals Kurama into baby Naruto and dies, but says his dying words,

"Remember to spread...the Will of Fire..,"

Jiraiya arrives and sees the scene. He quickly takes Kushina, Minato and Naruto into the main hospital and had his sensei's bosy be prepped up for a funeral. What could this further lead on to?

Jiraiya could possibly track down Tsunade earlier than expected to help heal Kushina. With Minato alive, it's a possibility that the Uchiha Massacre will not happen since Minato and Gugaku are best friends. Meaning Minato can talk things over and help. And if not, well, there's always killing anyone invovled and sparing anyone innocent. There's also tge posaibility that if he visits Suna, he might encounter Gaara and fix up his seal. Then he and Naruto would be friends early on. What does rhis mean for Sasuke? He isn't emo, that's for sure.

Who would Naruto like? Well, probably he would that crush on Sakura, before Kushina and Minato gives him The Talk and he all of a sudden sees her as a sister then probably began to like Hinata.

Would Naruto be smart? Possibly. But not really as we already saw what could have happened had Minato and Kushina survived, but Hiruzen was alibve there.

Orochimaru would still be a traitor, but Minato wouldn't spare him. But Orochimaru is a craft SOB but can possibly escape, but very wounded.

Would Naruto be liked? He's popularity would be mixed.

As far as I remembered. My knowledge of Naruto is starting to rust. But I think they are, considering their wives are practically sisters. Not sure, but do remember, this is just a "what if" scenario.

Another what if from me. What if Kakashi was never late? or lazy? Or overall, serious?

Well, that would mean Team 7 would have some training and they would develop into stronger version of the original. Kakashi started becoming late as a way to honor Obito, since he was late to everything. But what if he decided, "No. I'll honor him in a different way. I'll train the next generation the values of comrades and friendship. Never again, will an incident like this will happen. Your eye will see to it, Obito."

What I'm trying to say here is that Kakashi is not always laidback, but stern and serious. He doesn't want the team he's gonna teach to end up like his, so he decides to train them seriously. THere's also a possibiltiy Kakashi harshly breaks Sakura's fangirl attitude and plants a serious attitude into Naruto and helps awaken Sasuke's eyes. But what will this lead in to?

-The conclusion to his fight with Zabuza. Since Kakashi is serious, he would be even stronger when he faces Zabuza. I'll be honest and say Kakashi slacked off on training. But since he's serious, he kept up in shape and might even be ranked S. With this, there's a possibility that'll take more than a week for Zabuza to heal. But the results are still the same, except Naruto ends up the one to be pierced instead, leading to Sasuke gaining his third tomoe and maybe Mangekyo(I forgot how they gain it). Kakashi would see this and would become furious, leading him to sintantly killing Zabuza. Then, Gato appears and Naruto awakens, Kyuubi Cloak surrounding him and massacres the thugs, until Inari and the rest arrives. The fate of Haku is unknown, but it's possible he either commits seppuku, or joins Team 7.

-Kyuubi Cloak. After seeing Naruto in action using the Chakra Cloak, he immediately gets in Tenzo/Yamato to help Naruto control it.

-Sharingan. I think I can remember Kakashi discovering his Mangekyo after the time skip. But I think this is just a plot hole since Kishimoto had yet to reveal the Mangekyo in the first series, which lead to Itachi to being the first Uchiha to use Amaterasu/Tsukuyomi with the normal Sharingan. But with him being serious, he learned of his Mangekyo ability and trained to lessen the strain he feels while using it.

-Chuunin Exams. Kakashi would be reluctant to make his team participate, thinking they're not ready. But after a reevaluation, he nominates them. Whilst there, Naruto encounters Gaara and they go into a Killing Intnet match, which was stopped by Yamato.

-First Part. Sasuke would still lose against Lee, but Lee would get injured as the same since Sasuke has the third tomoe on both eyes. Naruto wouldn't pass with a technicaiity since Kakashi decided to teach up covert-ops techniques. And by that, I mean combining Shadow Clones with Henge. You can probably guess where I'm going.

-Orochimaru Encounter. I honestly think noting would really change, except Team 7 would damage Orochimaru more, with the jutsu Kakashi taught them, but Sasuke would still end up being bitten by Orochimaru, but this time, Naruto would be bitten as well, seeing his control over the Kyuubi chakra intrigued Orochimaru.

-Curse Mark Awakening. While in the original, Team 10 and Team Gai were the ones to help defend Team 7, but let's add in Team 8 to the equation. It's still basically the same, but it all changes when Hinata and Sakura get badly injured and a strong surge of Killing Intent floods the area. While Sasuke's left side of the face is covered in Curse Marks, Naruto's has his on the right. So Zaku ends up with two broken arms instead of one. And maybe a cracked rib and a twisted leg. But it all stops with the power of love! (And by that, I mean Sakura hugging Sasuke while Hinata cries out Naruto's name and hugs him.)

-Second Round. All of the matches stay the same, except when Shino fights Zaku, it ends up way quicker since Zaku refused to forfeit, even with broken arms and legs. Oh, and Naruto ends up overpowering Kiba when Kiba accidentally insults Naruto. Neji stills abuses Hinata and Naruto almost ends up killing Neji in anger.

-Training. Kakashi contemplates who he should train. But Jiraiya pops out and offers to take Naruto out of Kakashi's hand for a while. Which Kakashi agrees to. Jiraiya then finds out Naruto is branded with the Curse Mark and tries to seal it off, only for it to all of a sudden surge into level 2. Now I have no idea what our boi Naruto would look like, but I'll guess he'll have a more feral look, almost like a kitsune, darker skin, and a tail like Kimimaro. By the time the month is up, Naruto gets acquainted with Hinata and they've become friends. Naruto learns the Rasengan, the Summoning Jutsu and to take more of the Kyuubi's chakra. Sasuke gains the Chidori, etc. etc.

2nd Round, Again- Everything realtively goes into cannon, but it stops when Neji shows off his seal. Naruto decided to show off his own and overpowers Neji before threatening him to never harm Hinata again. Shikamaru vs Temari would be the same. Dosu was not killed, but instead captured by Konoha when he decided to defect from Oto. Sasuke wouldn't be late, but his match was moved to the end on request of the "Kazekage". and then comes the invasion.
