What if Jiraiya didn't die to Pein?
By this, I'm not saying he would win. But rather successfully flee from the village. I would say he would get pretty beat up, but manages to leave thanks to perhaps a boost in power from sage mode or something like that. Once he would, they would know about the powers of Pein before hand, and Naruto wouldn't be put in a sorrow.

What would happen after this? No idea...

What if Tayuya survives Temari's attack? Probably get killed by Orochimaru since he doesn't need her anymore, or brought to Konoha prison and be imprisoned there. OR she could have joined the Leaf and become a ninja there!

Rin did still have the Sanbi inside of her, so going back to the village would lead to another tailed beast invasion. ;P

Now what if Itachi told Sasuke the revolt? Would Sasuke be able to change anything? Sasuke might not bear any hatred towards Itachi and seeked more power for revenge, and would not go to Orochimaru to train. He could perhaps even look for Itachi to train him. Who knows how the whole series would have changed.

Guys, you all have decent scenario in mind , still there ONE scenario that have plagued me (and many more) .... what IF Haku is a real girl! Naruto himself said (s)he was cutter than Sakura .. and by some luck or heavy editing from the writer of Naruto himself, Haku is spared from Kakashi deathly attack .. or in another scenario; Haku is revived by some forbiddden jutsu and guest what, he get genderbend to a girl ...! yeah i should stop here now .....

Remember, they hade SEAL MASTERS IN WHICH COULD HELP CONTAIN THE SANBI! I wonder why Kakashi didn't think to bring her to Minato or Kushina or Jiraiya.

Yeah, but Sanbi was Hidden Mists beast and they wouldn't give it to Konoha without a fight and that might start another Great Ninja World.

- What if Dosu is actually Danzo, trying to test the loyalty of his secret ally Orochimaru, and the powers of Gaara's Jinchuriki? What if he used Izanagi to escape his "death" by Gaara?
(...I just noticed that they even have the same eye covered.)

- What if Choji and Neji had actually died after their fights with Jirobo and Kidomaru?
- What if Jiraiya had become Hokage?
- What if Aoba hadn't screwed up and accidentally let Sasuke know about Itachi's wherabouts?

To the Sasuke one, I honestly think Sasuke would slightly be nore sane. He went INsane when he heard Itachi was bacn and was mind*d by him multiple times again. That's the breaking point for Sasuke.

What if Chiyo had simply told Sasori the truth about his parents?

What if Danzo hadn't interfered with the attempt at reconciliation between Hanzo and the Akatsuki?

What if Kaguya had in fact succeeded in her plan to put everyone under her control? Is the continent of the "ninja world" all there is? Would she have moved onto other parts unknown?

Stemming from that. Is the map of the ninja world the world spread on a flat surface or are we seeing only the "known world" and there's a whole continent on the other side? Where DID the Daimyos? I kind of thought they always lived north where the map seems to cut off... We really don't know much about them, only that Kishi wanted to add a few parallels to the AU pre-Meiji era Japan that Naruto is based on.

Perhaps Sasori would never become the person he became.

Then the second Akatsuki would've never been born and Ame would prosper on. Obito would probably create his own organization.

Alright,now here's another one. What if Minato wasn't the one to perform the Shiki Fuin, but the Sandaime?

Here's what I think what would happen:

After Kushina and Minato restrain Kurama, Hiruzen appears and knocks out Minato, confusing Kushina.He then confesses that he knows what Minato is gonna do and wants to replace him to be the one to do it. He then summons the Shinigami and prepares to seal Kurama into Naruto. Kurama sees this and tries to escape, is blocked by Enma. Hiruzen rhen completely seals Kurama into baby Naruto and dies, but says his dying words,

"Remember to spread...the Will of Fire..,"

Jiraiya arrives and sees the scene. He quickly takes Kushina, Minato and Naruto into the main hospital and had his sensei's bosy be prepped up for a funeral. What could this further lead on to?

Jiraiya could possibly track down Tsunade earlier than expected to help heal Kushina. With Minato alive, it's a possibility that the Uchiha Massacre will not happen since Minato and Gugaku are best friends. Meaning Minato can talk things over and help. And if not, well, there's always killing anyone invovled and sparing anyone innocent. There's also tge posaibility that if he visits Suna, he might encounter Gaara and fix up his seal. Then he and Naruto would be friends early on. What does rhis mean for Sasuke? He isn't emo, that's for sure.

Who would Naruto like? Well, probably he would that crush on Sakura, before Kushina and Minato gives him The Talk and he all of a sudden sees her as a sister then probably began to like Hinata.

Would Naruto be smart? Possibly. But not really as we already saw what could have happened had Minato and Kushina survived, but Hiruzen was alibve there.

Orochimaru would still be a traitor, but Minato wouldn't spare him. But Orochimaru is a craft SOB but can possibly escape, but very wounded.

Would Naruto be liked? He's popularity would be mixed.

That is all I can say

Now that's interesting to think about.

Minato and Fugaku are best friends? o_o
