Lets talk a bit about brackets fairness and selection choice.

The thread talked about European zone situation where i play too.
In particular for server 57-306 bracket that actually is server 57-73 + 172-291 + 291-306 merged server bracket.
It's blatant to everyone that server 57-73 forceful fusion with server 172-291 when servers 291-306 where merged together too makes no sense. Those servers are 3 months older than the oldest server in the bracket after them (172).
They were supposed to be in bracket 38-169 exactly where they were before the modification was made.
Now, the reply qoolem gave to a similar thread about why this happened was that since those servers where on the same server farm as server 172-291 there was no other ways to go but add them to their current bracket.
There are 4 considerations to do about this.
1st. If this was true then why they ran their first season spacetime and they used to be in matsuri for months in their expected to be bracket (38-169)?
2nd. If this was true then was true also for servers 295-298-302-306 since they were in another bracket before their merging together with server 291, but they were moved to another bracket with no problems so is possible. Then, exactly how happened for them to be moved to another bracket is possible that s57-73 are moved back to their previous bracket (simply by adding their player lists to server 54 or to server 78 if these are the numbers for uk region).
3rd. Even if it wasn't possible to put them back in their previous bracket is really necessary to ruin the gameplay of 150 other servers just to let two merged servers enjoy it? If is not possible to put them back is very possible to let them start their intraserver matsuri/swb at least and to let them not take part at all in spacetime (like happens for a full new server that opens today). If one choice has to be made this one seems better than having servers 250-300 cut out of any chances to be on a fair playground just because there are two merged server that have to be forcefully added to a bracket they don't belong to.
4th. Seems oasis really read out threads because one or two weeks before qoolem gave that explanation was me that suggested in a thread here to give that exact explanation to shut up our mouths, knowing exactly that wasn't at all a way to do it.


So what is the suggestion? Merge server 57-73 with the two closest servers in their previous bracket (so with server 54 or/and server 78) exactly how you merged s295-306 with 291 making them change bracket.


Now we can talk also about the situation in LA region that seems to be way worse than the situation for this specific bracket in uk.
LA have, as far as i know, just one bracket 14-599. Uk situation makes no sense because there's no understandable reasons because 57-73 can't be put back to 38-169 bracket, but LA makes even less sense because they are putting in matsuri/swb/spacetime servers one year older than others together with those. Can somebody explain why LA is the only region with 1 single bracket? Is possible that they pay so few money that you cannot buy a second farm to put servers 250+ there?

The suggestion here is simple: divide the bracket in at least two different brackets so that people that began to play after December aren't forefully put together with people that play since july 2016.
