If you wish your auto team to use a specific mystery over the other, please put the ninja launching it last.
Example: if you have Naruto and Sasuke, and want to use Naruto's mystery on auto, please put naruto in this team last.
This rule works most of the time, however is also affected by factors like: what debuffs can a mystery cause, and how much chakra it costs (the more costly the mystery, the more priority it has) (if you ex. use Suigetsu in a team, he will go 99% of the time first, because he causes Tag, even though his chakra cost is low.)

EDIT: There are also some other factors to it, like interrupt mysteries being prioritized over all else, but I guess that goes without saying.

I apologize, I meant the round 2 situation, not round 1.
It was a misread on my side, yes, it's correct that barrier launching is prioritized over most other mysteries.

Concerning the suggestion that was the oryginal reason of this thread, I assume the best way to solve it would be "add an option to set priorities on auto"? If you are fine with it, I will forward it to our team, if you meant something else, please let me know :)
