Round 1 => Round 2 => Round 3 => Round 4
Defeat everyone => Target Cee and Mabui => Target Darui (Non-Clone) => Target Killer Bee for chase or target Ay for being a pain
All the ninjas in use were fully upgraded, you can change Kabuto for some one better just adjust your chase according. On round 2 try to defeat Mabui with Kimimaro's mystery, save Guy's mystery for the next turn and try to heal after Cee blind everyone. On round 4 Kabuto or Guy (or both) might/will die don't worry just keep going.
Or you can just auto.

Wave 1
Do nothing
Wave 2
Target Cee and Mabui, if they are dead, then do nothing but heal (if you have trouble target healer in #1 position. It will be revived first before cee or mabui.
Wave 3
Target middle Darui (with green health bar) with Kimimaro and Guy. Hopefully you kill both middle enemies and only have 2 rear row left. Use Hebihime second round to make them sleep.
Wave 4
Pray, cross fingers, and hope that Ay only kills Hebihime. target Bee or Ay and let loose anything you can. Main standard attack should kill old man, then hopefully you kill Ay or Bee before Kimimaro dies. I've also thought about moving center line to lower to kill Bee faster. But, I'm not sure how dangerous the old man is.
