So in Jinchuuriki Rescue you get one attempt, one reward, etc
Which I get, but also makes it incredibly difficult for everyone to complete; especially on dying servers where it's difficult to find people to team up with (especially ones near your own level). Near the end of the event time there are always a few in world chat who are looking for partners but everyone else who would help has already used their try for that day. And for an event that you can't solo it leaves a lot of people not being able to complete it.

Could it be changed to something like Strong Approaching/Team Instance where you can help others out who need a partner but you can only claim the rewards for the first one?
Or something like Group Instances where you get two attempts but can only win the rewards once?
It would keep the reward system the same but would allow more people to have the chance to earn them

While you can't solo you CAN duo.
Which means at most there would be a total of 6 people left stranded, as that's how many level bracket there is. Granted, duoing with two weak players (for the level range) will unlikely be particularly successful, it can be done.
6 is hardly "a lot of people". Thou I guess it can be a significant portion on a dying server.

That said, I would support a second "carry" run if and only if carry run does not count for ranking, not even for the ones who are being carried (for whom it is their first and perhaps only run)

It shouldn't eat stamina, you just need 30 stamina to begin the run. (Or 10/20 depending which difficulty you're running) So at the end when you're done helping your friend, your stamina should remain untouched.
