Interupt Mei and Sasuke. Get rid of Mei first, then Mabui or Sasuke.

depends on your power but I completed the whole Ult training with 42k power and used a root of warrior team all the way
For this, if its hard for you just interrupt sasuke and kill mabui to win easily
