So the situation is like this, in ranked battle, my 1st spot attacks first, but only on my main team, all my other teams seem to have their 1st ninja attack after my oponent...why does this happen?

I take it all of your ninja don't have the same ini? The other two teams will have their stats rounded based on all of your gear, not just one ninja's set.

they say they get 35% of the original atributes, i really thought that each ninja takes the corespondent ninja's stats...like move 1 takes main team move 1 ini, move 2 takes main team's move 2 ini...i guess i was wrong, thank you for the clarification

Your main team uses gear properly, your other 2 teams just have total init/4.

So for example;

your main team can have 4k/2k/2k/2k initiative, your other teams will have 10k total/2.5k each.
your enemy can have 3.8k/2.5k/2,5k/2k initiative, his other teams will all have 10.8k total/2.7k each.
