Not sure if you did a refinement before unless you're new to this game or can't understand english. You use refinement runes for refinement. However, once you use a refinement, you get wish credits. Wish credits help you level your refinement level via the wish bar. Look under "Strengthen" on the main screen. Refinement increase power so it's good to do it.

Limited is better. Let's say you are going to refine from lvl3 to lvl 4. Normally, the wish bar goes to 0 after leveling. Under the limited refinement, the wish bar doesn't go to zero and randomly select a number. So instead of your wish bar being at 0/100, it could be at 20/100.

The refinement rebate gives you back items, usually its runes, for how many times you refine.

if i am not mistaken it is not random its 25 on first 50 on second etc...

it is like that but there is a chance just like in battle armor and probably tactics(does someone know) that it will instantly complete even if the bar is not full.

Wish credits are failed refine attempts. Let's say you refine and it fails, it's converted into one wish credit to fill up the bar.
Wait there are two refine events? :o I wasn't aware but as far as I know, the event gives you a boost in wish credits when you upgrade an item to its next level. For example if you get an item to 8 from 7, the wish bar should already be 1/3 filled for the next upgrade.
It's the best time to refine your items so stack on those runes beforehand.

The random chance of completing is the same for tactics. I got my windmill tactic to level 2 with just one page :D

Both events are good, but that depends on what you need, you can do the refine rebate if you are in need of advance refines and you can do the limited refines to quickly level up your gears

The general idea is to bring your items from level 5 to 7/8 in a row when there is the time limited refinement and to use 100/200 medium or 200 advanced on items that won't ever level up by using them when there is the refinement rebate.

Both events are good depending on what you are trying to achieve!

Refine rebate is good for players that are trying to get advance refines while limited refine is good for people that wan'ts to keep refining the same gear. Do keep in mind that the extra wish credit you get from limited refine is taken away after the event is over.
