It's been a while since we had a refine event, so when are we getting one? The last refine event we had, it didn't have any +wish points with it. I would wish for the refine event with +wish points returned sooner.

People only want the limited refinement for the wish credits. The only reason why I'm ok with the refinement rebate is that it gives you advanced refinement runes.

They weren't timed. So you could refine get more refines then use them then during the event or save them for later.
