every streamer pulled roshi so everyone had to pull him as well, hmm, I am laughing... he is not that good to have him asap, so If you had 300+ seal scrolls why everyone cant wait for a rebate... even though you are spenders you could wait one week..
Edit: to rebates: as someone already said the recruitment feedback gives back at 300 seal scrolls used 2? itachi frags... probably everyone who pulls over 300 seal scrolls every time wants to have him one day... so why not to have such an event here as well
