The stats on costume do stack, so even if you have multiple costumes, all the stats are available to you regardless of which one you equip!

Kimono is not cost effective in terms of coupons spent per power gained until your charms are level 6+. You will likely be ~70k power before kimono is actually cost effective.

So to clarify.
Say between now and 3.0 i collected all pieces to wild west which is what 250HP and 200 Def boost?
I then unlock the Free clothing reward from the 70k gift pack once 3.0 hits and lets say it gives 200 attack and 200 defense. i'll have a combined 250HP, 200 Attack, 400 Defense despite whatever outfit i actually have equip just because i own said outfits?

Yupz!! How awesome is that? For example, many players have Wild West and Kimono.
Wild West gives Life +285 and Defense +200, while Kimono gives Attack +165 and Defense +200.

You get in total: Life +285, Attack +165, and Defense +400
