He dies once (The first time, I made sure to watch him closely) and never comes back. Is there a reason? Reply

Hmmm, I was doing survival and group instance today and no luck he died once and stayed dead (My team was still alive)

I restarted the Client and it worked. I don't know if I was lagging (It sometimes happens. Mostly when I use the Client) or if restarting the client 'fixed' it. Thanks everyone!
