Actually RMK that is incorrect. Tobi revives I've tested this multiple times. It does however waste time for some 2-5k damage and is as such a bad idea to have him on your team for 9 tails. =)

Hmmm, I was doing survival and group instance today and no luck he died once and stayed dead (My team was still alive)

It's like that since: his revive is not 100% chance.
Sarutobi's Monkey: Emna, works the same way.

While Crimson Fist's passive, is 100%.
but also Hidan or Orochimaru is 100%, it just takes time/rounds.

I'm pretty certain that Tobi revives 100% of the time and does so once. You guys are spreading false information. I've been using tobi for a good 2 weeks now and I can absolutely assure you that the first time he dies in a match he will revive.

I also tried using tobi and faced a lot of tobis in arena

Tobi revives on the first time he is killed and after that its just luck

I faced one time in arena and his tobi revive twice in arena

Im not spreading false info :) But its just what I saw during those battles :)

I restarted the Client and it worked. I don't know if I was lagging (It sometimes happens. Mostly when I use the Client) or if restarting the client 'fixed' it. Thanks everyone!

Although tobi revives most of the time, it is not 100%.
Also he may only revive once per battle.

If he was hit by a mystery that prevent reviving, yup he won't.
If you talk only about Tobi in 9tail event, then i don't know.

its not 100%

Don't spread false information, it's 100% and once per battle, but if he is killed by some mystery or passive that block revive he will not revive.
