Im a f2p using Kimi Sasuke Iruka and MB root team with 64k BP. Should raise up Kimi's MOOD to level 10 or Just leave it in 25%?

Raising the mood scroll from 25 to 45 will cost you 750 coupons. As mood increase only the base stats, raising it is just for minmaxing. For the same amount, you could probably improve your talent page or your refines, which will increase your power tenfold compared to the simple mood.

you really want to replace kimi and sasuke by the point.. so probably not a good idea to go lvl 10 on kimi.
