Why are you refineing your frags now? The rewards change later on it would have been better to wait.

IMO that's easier for players on older servers (2016 old) than newer servers who still want to get iruka/nine tail naruto shards. Could you clarify the rewards change?

I like the way fragment refining works.
Can we start a petition to delay the changes?
I'm not sure what would be changed, if it's improved slightly by making cost of refining or price per frag better while keeping the current rewards as they are i'm fine with it.
Otherwise i'd like to continue getting a 4 star Iruka and guess i'll have to sacrifice ever getting a 4 Tail Kyuubi Naruto.

I'd rather they not delay the change in terms of allowing us to choose which fragments to refine, since skill books require Ninja fragments. So we can refine maybe all but Sasuke, so you can still use his his fragments for skill books, st the same time, refine the others to get that Iruka to 4* or 5*.

Yeah I'm for the change for allowing us to choose but like I said in my previous post, I can't seem to find how to refining fragments on the China server since the scroll system replaced (or hidden in Chinese) the current refining mechanic.

As long the timeframe between 3.0 and 4.0 is decent, i'm fine with it.
