I am stuck at level 5 14/14 exp and i wanted to know if this is the maximum level i can get. Thanks.

The exp is displayed in the level bar, the 14/14 you are referring to is the growth. You can harvest your tree, but if you already did today you need to wait tomorrow to do it and it will reset to 0 again.
If you check your exp you'll see you're not done with it yet for sure.

TLDR; No.
