you should wait for rebate then maybe you can collect more scrolls until rebate will come it's always good to wait for rebate xD

Honest suggestion : If you are f2p.....Don't Don't Don't draw Roshi....you don't have special summon or team lineup to trigger his passive 30 hit combo dmg. It just waste your time if you are f2p to draw Roshi or you will be the one who said Roshi is useless...Trust me..Roshi require lots of money or time to feed him

Rebate usually happens on the 2nd week and the 4th week of any given month majority of the time (based on past events). Like others said before, if you're a f2p, WAIT. It's not that difficult......
