hinata kakashi fire main and sakura/shizune is the best for your team, it has high combos so to maximize them change your passive to chase low float

Personally I use the following

Kakashi Main Hinata

Karin X X

As formation and with the right talents you can get 8 combo on both your mains mystery two turns in a row which one shots usually anyone depending on level difference and also has good auto combos in between!
