We had it 4th May. Then the new Refinement style event on 1st June. My guess would be that Refinement one with wishing credits again on the 6th July.

Didn't you use like some during the last event for the Advance Refines? I 50% all my Medium Refine stuff just to get those Advance Refines, and not level anything to the next level, so I can still benefit from the wish credit ones when it comes out.
