Hello there,
So basically, I spent 1400 ingots in one-ingot sale towards the 4th hokage. It said that there was no record of the purchase. Obviously, I didn't get the 4th Hokage. There is still no record of my purchase. (Although there are records of everything else I was bidding on) At any rate, I created a ticket. I don't have the qualifying information that the ticketeer (help-desk person) has asked for. There's no way I'll get most of it, for instance pictures before and after the error took place. Why would I take a screen shot before a routine purchase? Was I to expect an error on your end? ...
At any rate, I haven't been compensated, nor do I expect any because the customer service here is lacking, at best. I just wanted to bring it to your attention that one-ingot sale for the fourth hokage is either broken or, to the best of my knowledge, completely rigged. Hopefully, not competely rigged, but I suppose when you own a casino the odds are always in your favor. But when people put coins in the slot and don't get credits (excuse my extended metaphor) they typically receive coins back. I've sent e-mails through the proper channels; I've sent my log that I was instructed to do to through an e-mail and received no response. When I sent in another ticket asking for an explanation they told me I didn't send the complete information (most of which I won't be able to replicate without *ulently creating as it has already happened).
As I said before, I don't think there is any way I can collect my money back, short of charging back your company. However, I am collecting as much evidence as I can, in writing, to assure that when I charge you back my money will be safe with me. I realize it's not a lot of money, but theives should be held accountable at every level.
