One thing to take note though; that power is actually pretty important. The enemy scales by your main's level, not power. A lvl 80 at 30k power for example, will immediately lose 70% of hp to the fire* at the start. If 2 or more ninjas survived the very first round, they will completely kill off kabuto/ukon/main at start of round 2.

44422 - deer/kirin (honestly combo doesnt matter much, ukon deals most of the dmg)
mystery shield for survival,
aoe attack for puppets,
mirror for 3rd round danzo chaos and 4th round sasuke ignite,
bani chakra helps with mysteries usage and adds a little sustain for main(death mirage works as offensive passive)
Generally you want to always use kabutos mystery when available (except 4th round, see below)
Round 1:
-mains & ukons mystery
round 2:
-nothing special here, cast mysteries on cooldown
round 3:
-ukon on lower team (should instakill)
-kimimaro on top team (combo kills 1 unit, second is at low hp- this way danzo casts izanagi on him)
-proceed to kill middle team
-kill top ninja last
round 4:
-It's important to have mains, kabutos and ukons mystery available here. Cast main and kabuto just as the fight starts: SN Sasuke uses his mystery, then itachi chaoses main and kabuto. Now cast ukon mystery.
-next round enemy uses no mysteries and you should be able to kill itachi. After this, its easy.

If you have troubles, you can prolong stage 2 (puppets) and 3 (danzo) so kabuto can ramp up ukon's damage and kimimaro's defenses.
