You should always go for refine runes, a person with higher init usually always win. I would save my coupons on a lucky dice event, it comes out every new month. The points you get from lucky dice I would redeem them for blue refine runes. Also the jinjiriki treasure should be coming out soon, I would save my scrolls for that.

1. Don't bother to focus on buying cool ninja, Instead find *eful one for you and your team synergy. Know that ugly ninjas with high BP can beat pretty ninja.
2. If you are an F2P, Know that Coupon is really worthy, Be wise on how to spend 'em.

3. Go bonkers on Dice events, Participate on an events that have refines or BP boosting related as an redeemable prize. (Higher initiatives meaning you acted first) Always always prioritizes refines !
4. Take out an calculator on every events, Counts the actual prize value, And judge 'em if it is worthy of your coupons or not. It's not hard, Just a basic math.
5. Seals scroll is like A persons wallet in real life, As you save it, the faster it will gone like wind. Be wise on what ninja you need to pull ! (Read ninja guide on forums)
6. Always participate on all activities duting new server opening until that server merges. Resource is best farmed when the server is not merged.
7. Strive at least to rank top 10 in BP. (yeah, There are some f2p who is rank 1 in server) SOME, not A LOT.
8. Always check on forum first, If there's no answer you seek, Don't be shy to ASK anything you don't know.

Simple advice if you are f2p : well, you will always get rekt by heavy spender no matter what, just get over it.
For p2p : well, they are no different than f2p...if only they buy the monthly pack or Jounin medal.
For p2w/heavy spender : You are a nightmare in the server, just spam all the "yes" *on on those event that required to spend ingot and grab the reward...for ninja part, as you are a spender, just buy whatever you want and exchange all the medium refine, charm, and rune pack.

1st, Save your coupons until you have close to 2000, don't spend any. I know this may sound counter productive, but this is so you can buy Cave Key Packs. These are SO worth it. Also don't use your keys until the rune rebate. This will give you a big boost in your runes.

Then focus all your monthly points for refines. You don't need to spend coupons on the low lvl ones. Get all your gear to lvl 4 refinement.

Then focus on Battle Armor to Rank 3 by monthly points.

Save your seal scrolls for the Jinchuriki treasure or if you want kage ninjas save them for that treasure.

Do as much as you can in-game, I done this as a f2p and I am one of the top 5 ninjas on my server.

And finally, join a new server at the start of the month, or if you want the sign in ninja currently find one sooner than that.

Don't focus on ninjas. Do not spend seals on Seal Treasure. Save up for Tendo, Sage Naruto or maybe even Kage treasures.

From points shop, always go for Refine runes and Kabuto first. Save up your coupons for events such as Lucky Board which is probably best for anyone to spend in. Or buy Magamatas if you want power and better stats than others.

Buy cave packs and save up keys from wish tree for rebates, really really worth it.

Do SA with another person as it will be a lot easier and you can get rank2 battle armor in no time. Also grind for rank 3 armor from monthly event.

Couple problems, the only refine runes you should get are Medium refine runes from group shop, however that is over priced so you're better off just getting them from weekly events or even monthly event, you'll get plenty of low lvl refines from events and Monthly Event.

Next, you'll get a lot of magatamas for free no sense in wasting coupons on them, from events to ninja exam

You c*so easily get to Rank 3 Battle Armor without SA, but yeah SA helps but it isn't required by ignoring SA until you're max max stars on your team you can easily focus on getting fragments first.

I get what you're saying. Assuming OP wants power, low Lv refines are what he should get. As I started on my server, everyone else was behind in terms of initiative and I was way higher compared to others. Good power boost aswell, helped me come out top on many thing. Magamatas yes I get you there. Just added it in case OP wanted power.

As for SA, it's really easy once you hit lv 42? to unlock it, then run it with a lighting main on easy. Helps get a lot of threads. So that way, you don't have to worry bout soloing it and losing it :)

I'm generally always out of stamina so I never do SA lol (level 14 and almost rank 4 on my BA) mostly cause I generally focus on awakening and gaining frags :p

I do that and SA. Just make *t FB and share for a lot of stam potions lol
