When i want to talk in fight chat he looks like disconnected so i refresh the game but i lose. U know im having trouble getting enemies so this is really lousy to lose by like this! Hello,

According to your description, it does seem like it was your opponent who disconnected from the fight.
How long was the wait time you experienced before refreshing the page? In case it wasn't too long, I'd recommend staying in battle, to make sure you don't lose.

If you leave the fight you lose automaticly , so all the time when you refresh is count as a lose . stay till end , and one more thing , whay you paint the ninjas ? . did you had all of them just on boosting ? example danzo and killer , bee , and your main on cool mind , that is lose against hashirama . just to let you know .

I know if refre* will lose. If u are in my position, what will u do? The reason for my team i dont want someone to copy my team or look for my teams weakness.

I don't know what exactly is going on but I had something similar to this in Matsuri today, waited for 5 minutes first thinking my opponent was lagging, this ended up not being the case as after those 5 minutes a message popped up saying something like internal issues please be patient and don't leave the game. (don't know exactly what it said as I forgot to make screenshots, * me) So I waited for about 15 minutes, but nothing happened... In the end it took me too long and I did refresh which of course counted as a loss which was highly annoying because the opponent was weak and probably long gone before me, and I could've won easily, now I lost rewards as I only had 1 win (which has happened multiple times already during Matsuri).

For some reason if something happens it is always in Arena or Matsuri so I seriously started disliking cross server events, would be nice if they actually get fixed one day.

Does the issue occur to you often, or is it a one time thing?
In case it's a constant situation occuring, I may recommend the cache clear, and/or using VPN while doing Arena, to better the connection.
If it was, on the other hand, a onetime situation, I'd recommend staying in battle for a little bit longer if it were to occur anytime again in the future. The loading for both sides needs to be done to progress the battle, which is why load time like this may sometimes occur.

i had that bug to in arena to lately with cursed and bee, i dont know what ninja is glitched but some of them lag the game and i wait like 3 4 min before i play again...both side btw we wait ,...anyways that was not happend before
