He is not viable for single linups. He is amazing in gnw or ranked but in signle lineups every team with him gets badly wrecked by every kaze meta team.

Tendo is usually good in ranked with all the other pains with konan. But if you use a team for pvp I would use these ninjas Shurado, Tendo, Fire main and Konan.

I would use Windmain, Konan, Tendo, Shurado. Skills 3-3-1-3-1. Summon Seprent (the brown snake)

Lineup:

Shurado Tendo X
Konan WindMain X

This team gives 10 combos.

Actually that team works with fire main too, but using wind main is better
